Ryan has 20 years of dedicated experience in the Mechanical engineering field and is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Minnesota and South Dakota. He has continued to enhance his skills through professional development, including Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and specialized training in GD&T, Failure Analysis, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Six Sigma. He has experience with parametric packages from Creo and SOLIDWORKS. Ryan also has experience with FEA packages from Creo Simulate, SOLIDWORKS Simulation ANSYS, and the DEM package from EDEM.
